• Councillor Keith Glazier - Personal - Councillor Glazier declared a personal interest in item 4 as the Chair of the East Sussex Health and Wellbeing Board, Member of Sussex Health and Care Assembly and Chair of Transport for the South East. He did not consider this to be prejudicial.

• Councillor Keith Glazier - Personal - Councillor Glazier declared a personal interest in item 9 as a director of SELEP Ltd. Although he did not consider this to be prejudicial, Councillor Glazier delegated the decision at item 9 to Councillor Standley and left the room for this agenda item.
