PDF 187 KB Minutes: 3.1 The Lead Member considered a report by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport, together with a copy of the County Council’s property terrier circulated at the meeting. DECISION 3.2 The Lead Member RESOLVED to (1) note the concerns of the objector; and (2) authorise the provision of a disabled parking bay at Aldervale Cottages, Crowborough. Reason 3.3 The need for the bay was identified by the site assessments undertaken by the Traffic Safety Officer and supported by the information in the initial application. The requirements of Policy PS 5/11 have all been met.
