PDF 476 KB Minutes: 31.1 Councillor Glazier considered a report by the Director of Adult Social Care and Health regarding delegations in relation to the implementation of a Better Care Fund Section 75 Pooled Budget. DECISION 31.2 RESOLVED to (1) note and approve the process for establishing the Better Acre Fund, Section 75 Pooled Budget for 2015/16 and beyond; and (2) agree the Section 75 Pooled Budget arrangement as detailed in the report. Reason 31.3 Regulations require a Section 75 Pooled Budget be established for 2015/16 onwards to provide the financial governance structure to support the delivery of Department of Health approved Better Care Fund outcomes.
