Delegation of powers to Officers PDF 307 KB Report by the Director of Adult Social Care and Health Minutes: 15.1 The Leader and Lead Member considered a report by the Director of Adult Social Care and Health. DECISIONS 15.2 The Leader and Lead Member RESOLVED to authorise the Director of Public Health, the Chief Executive and the Assistant Chief Executive to make a Direction (and review that Direction every seven days) in accordance with the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions)(No.3) Regulations 2020 and/or any updating legislation. Reasons 15.3 The delegation will aid in the ability for decisions to be taken in an efficient and timely manner, which is considered to be particularly important where deadlines need to be met for certain actions to be taken.
