18.	Officer Delegations - Adult Social Care PDF 382 KB Report by the Assistant Chief Executive Additional documents: Final Table 6 delegations to officers , item 18. PDF 29 KB Minutes: 18.1 The Leader and Lead Member considered a report by the Assistant Chief Executive. DECISIONS 18.2 The Leader and Lead Member RESOLVED to (1) agree to delegate the functions set out in Appendix 1 to the report; and (2) agree that the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health and the Director of Adult Social Care be considered Chief Officers and Directors for the purpose of delegations to officers and be delegated authority accordingly. Reasons 18.3 The Governance Committee agreed on 28 October 2020 to the establishment of a new post of Executive Director – Adult Social Care and Health. The current post of Director of Adult Social Care and Health was retained in the existing staffing structure, but renamed as Director of Adult Social Care. As a consequence the delegation of functions was reviewed.
