Minutes: 19.1 The Lead Member for Education and Inclusion, Special Educational Needs and Disability considered a report by the Director of Children’s Services seeking approval to consult on admission arrangements for the 2021/22 school year.
1) The proposed admission priorities and community areas; 2) The proposed admission numbers; and 3) The proposed co-ordinated admissions schemes with changes as detailed in Appendix 4 of the report;

That the proposed changes to the schemes as set out in appendix 4
of the report are also adopted in respect of in-year
admissions
Reason 19.3 The County Council is required by law to carry out consultation on admissions arrangements every seven years or sooner if any changes to those arrangements for the schools where the local authority is the admissions authority. |

Additional documents: Minutes: 20.1 The Lead Member received a report from the Director of Children’s Services regarding the proposal to establish SEN (Special Educational Needs) facilities at Priory School and Robertsbridge Community College.
1) authorise the publication of a statutory notice in respect of a proposal to establish new SEN (Special Educational Needs) specialist facilities for up to 12 pupils each at Priory School and Robertsbridge Community College with effect from 1 September 2020; and 2) delegate authority to the Director of Children’s Services to amend the proposals prior to their publication if required.
