of road, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for
proposing the Order, along with copies of those parts of old Orders
being amended may be examined in Reception, East Sussex County
Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes, BN7 1UE
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and at Eastbourne Borough Council, 1
Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TW on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, at
Eastbourne Library, Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TL on Monday,
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 1pm and
Thursday 10am to 6pm
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of
its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers
conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the
grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or
of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in
relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date the Order
was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
