A copy of the Order, plan showing the length of road and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed in Reception, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St. Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE on Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm or online at https://consultation.eastsussex.gov.uk/economy-transport-environment/harrow-lane-st-leonards

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of 15 March 2024, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
