Diversion via C208 Horebeech Lane - A267 High Street - B2203 High
Street, Maynards Green, Hailsham Road, Tower Street - A265 Burwash
Road - B2096 Battle Road, Cade Street - C589 Old Heathfield Road -
C406 School Hill, Nettlesworth Lane and vice versa.
Restriction is anticipated to be in place between 5 January &
20 March 2026.
Vines Cross Road - at its junction with Laundry Lane.
Diversion via C595 Vines Cross Road - B2203 High Street - A267 High
Street - C208 Horebeech Lane - C406 Laundry Lane and vice
versa.
Restriction is anticipated to be in place between 13 & 22
February 2026.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access
for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible.
The Order commences 5 January 2026 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier.
However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken as detailed
above depending upon the weather conditions.
