Loading Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 2021 Amendment Order
202* No.* (ETCIS Phase 2B)”, plans showing the lengths of
road in detail and a statement of the Council’s reasons for
making the Order along with a copy of the Order plans being amended
can be viewed in Reception, East Sussex County Council, County
Hall, St. Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE on Monday to Friday
between 9am and 4pm or online at; Eastbourne Town Centre Movement

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of
its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers
conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the
grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or
of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in
relation to the Order, may within six weeks of 6 February 2026,
apply to the High Court for this purpose.
