My Politics
I am a Town and District Councillor for the Peacehaven East Ward, and the County Councillor for the Peacehaven Division. I am the leader of the Labour group on Lewes District Council, where I'm part of a co-operative alliance Cabinet and Cabinet Member for People and Performance. I am co-leader of the East Sussex County Council Labour Group, with Hasting colleague Cllr Trevor Webb. I'm a member of the Kemptown and Peacehaven Constituency Labour Party and an employee and member of the GMB trade union.
My Community
Each Saturday, between 10:00 and 12:00, I run a surgery for Peacehaven residents. At present these take place via the internet or via phone, due to the current restrictions.
