To allow South East Water to carry out water
main connections, East Sussex County Council have made an Order
under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following
lengths of road;

durations stated between 7 May 2019 and 20 December 2019 depending
upon the weather conditions.

Notice is hereby given that East Sussex County
Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and
4(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of
all other enabling powers, coming into operation on 6 May 2019
which introduces new and revises the existing waiting restrictions
on the following lengths of road:-

Road, Hailsham BN27 3DN on Monday and Tuesday 12 noon– 5pm,

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of
its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers
conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984, or on the
grounds that any requirement of the Road Traffic Regulation Act or
of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in
relation to the Order, may within six weeks of the date the Order
was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

bridge repair works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order
under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following
length of road;

exceeding 30 mph:-
